Now, these opinions are drawn solely on what I've seen on the show. I don't know any of the chefs personally, so it's hard to say what any one of them would actually be like to work along side.

No knock on Stefan's cooking abilities, but he's quite the bull in a china shop, and doesn't appear to take kindly to suggestions or anyone questioning his ideas. If' your a sous chef or line chef, fine. If you're a creative partner, there could be problems.

I think Carla would have the most peaceful and creative environment of all the chefs. Funny. I just don't get the whole mental instability thing that Drew keeps mentioning. Carla seems like a fun person to be around--at work or personally--and would strike me as someone who would support and encourage your growth as a chef.

Jeff seems like he'd be cool, unless he has the scattered, frenetic energy displayed on the show. That would wear me down.

Jamie is too broody for me. She's got a grumpy, Jeanine Garofalo way about her that would be unsettling day-in, day-out.

All the wondering lips bullshit/lame ass after-the-fact chatter aside, Hosea seems like he would be cool to work with.

Leah appears too flaky for me. I don't like working around people who have a "what the fuck ever" attitude.
