Best choice from both a strategy and entertainment point of view. Strategy They needed Ace's strength, and since he wrongly things he's running the tribe but only has one ally he's isn't much of a threat for now. I was afraid the onions would make the same mistake as the fans, and say: "let's boot Sugar\Mary to weaken Ace\Mikey." That's a dumb move because it pisses off Ace and shows him he's a outsider for no good reason, when you could keep the tribe unified. And there probably will be a switch, perhaps before Kota goes to TC again. So the Onions have a 4 or 5 person alliance, with 2 others pairs going after each other. Brilliantly played. Entertainment preseason i figured Paloma was the most "meh" of all the young females this season. Corinne and Sugar are way better Survivor characters, Jaquie and Kelly (while UTR so far) are physically stronger and have more potential as gamers. Paloma just got recruited at a Las Vegas pool because she looks cute in a bikini and had spent time in Africa. Good work Kota!

Kelly might be "stronger" then Paloma but her strength meant nothing to the tribe winning immunity. Crystal and Susie are going to be stronger and slower then the other five women on Koto. With that said having someone like Paloma would give you a huge advantage in a number of other types of challenges. * Rope mazes, last season Cirie's tribe lost because they put her in the maze rather then smallerTracy * Getting everyone on a platform challenge * The holding one player up challenge in Pearl Island * The moving one tribe mate through a maze challenge For tribal dynamics it was also a mistake, any player who was capable of winning the game knows how to take advantage of having people who don't like each other at opposing ends of alliances. Some players jump or try and jump ship but its rare for that to happen, because then you are going from the 5th wheel on one alliance to the 5th wheel on another alliance. Players like Todd[Courtney/JR], Aras[Shane/Dani], and Parvati[Amanda/Alexis] won their seasons because they were able to keep people on opposing sides at each others throats but still aligned with them. Enemies won't work together when they can just rely on someone else.

Secondly, Bob doing nothing about it was also extremely RETARDED. Ace telling people that he is using Sugar is a RETARDED move. Sugar telling Ace about the HII and trusting him is a RETARDED move. Kelly's TC answer was a RETARDED move. So yeah, the retarded moves this season baffle me. It's why I really could careless about any of these people, I will just root for who I think is most entertaining. From an entertainment standpoint though Craig, I completely disagree with you. While I adore Sugar, booting her would have made for the best entertainment. Ace would have been PISSED at everyone on the tribe, he would have Sugar's HII (she left it at camp right?), and he would be FORCED to end his own game or team up with Kelly and Paloma to go after the OBVIOUS onion alliance that I can't believe he doesn't see yet. Enemies would be forced to work together or end both of their games. Not to mention we would have gotten an Early blindside, yeah of a really likeable chick, but it still would be shocking. You know next week at Kota is not going to have any drama or change whatsoever.

You feel dirty seeing her in a sexual way because she's like a little kid. The way Jeff spoke to her at tribal council, it was like he was talking to five year old, and I don't blame him. Corinne has the best ass out of the Kota women, but her butterface negates that. Kelly is not hot and has these weird, peglike sawteeth. Jacquie looks like Hayley Mills, like she belongs in a G-rated Disney movie. Sugar is the only one with any sex appeal, so I agree with their decision to keep her. It also keeps the immunity idol in the less threatening hands.

Posts: 151 (10/03/08 5:12 PM) Reply Quote More Recent Posts Message Connection Block Invite	kelly wont be trouble. why? because she most likely blames ace for paloma going ace now feels confident knowing he booted his enemy and since kelly has a good chance of going next thats twice that will happen. by then he'll probably believe he has complete control of the tribe. the flushing out the idol argument doesnt work because they dont know sugar has the idol. booting paloma or kelly doesnt make a difference in tribe dynamics. and theres no way of predicting what challenges they will have. there are challenges out there that favor the small, but they are few and far bewteen. the small difference in size bewteen kelly and paloma isnt big enough to be worth it. as entertaining as ace realizing he is an outsider can be, the smart movces of the onions are apreciated too. oh yeah, and paloma is annoying. cant forget that.
