Which sucks, because saying you're a conservative used to give one a genteel, cultured air, as though you were fingering your silk ascot and sipping on a gimlet, the winds of the yacht's bow stirring your feathered hair. Gone are those days. People were shouting for Obama's death at a recent McCain rally. What Reaganite would stoop to such a lowbrow thing? Where did you go, Biff and Muffy?

In the 21st Century, there are racists in both parties. But there are a few card-carrying racists in the Republican Party.
