He made it sound like without the bailout, the country faced financial ruin. Financial ruin is inevitable with or without the bailout. In fact, the bailout as signed hurriedly into law will make the coming market correction that much more horrific, and should not have been broached let alone urged on the American people in "panic" mode. He should have taken responsibility for years of wrongheaded interference in the market and ill-advised foreign wars and explained why Wall Street could not be bailed out by the American taxpayers.

She is anti-gay, even though Alaska has gay rights protections on the books and she's done nothing to oppose it, she's a religious extremist because some visiting pastor from Africa prayed over her, she won't allow sex education in school even though she has stated that she will, and merely wants abstinence included as one method... The list goes on and on. It would be funny if it weren't so frighteningly stoopid.

Not necessarily possessing a "cool" or even "identifiable" name - but those who terrorise others are in my book terrorists. Bush has spent a lot of time worrying about "terrorists" from other lands. But he comes from a family that makes money from goading both sides of a conflict into fighting, so he and his chums can profit. They are warmongerers, in other words. So let's call them that, mmkay. Meanwhile, he's the one who has been terrorising the American people. I still wonder if he and his chums had something to do with helping to make 9/11 happen, so the American people would go along with the war in Iraq and in Afghanistan. Who is making money off these wars? Bush's warmongering buddies, that's who. Are they all like this? Are the current candidates for the next POTUS actually going to keep war going somewhere, even if they make a song & dance about leaving Iraq? Ask yourself that.
