So, last September I had bought the Samsung M620 (the Beyonce phone). Everything worked fine until in late July, the phones extra battery pack died. So now I
essentially have half the battery life of what my phone should be. So I sent it in to get it fixed in really early August. I waited for close to 8 weeks for
this phone to be fixed. In the meantime, I had a fucking shitty loaner phone that I could have smashed against a wall. So September 27th finally comes up,
right after my warranty expires on the phone none-the-less, and I finally get my phone back. I charge the phone up because it is dead and LOE AND BEHOLD, THEY
DIDN'T FIX A FUCKING THING! My battery pack has not been fixed and my battery is still half the life it should be. I'm almost thinking those fuckers
didn't fix shit, waited for my warranty to pass and then returned the phone to me so I couldn't have it fixed. So now I have to go back to my cell
company and go through the whole process again, except this time, I'm not going to have it sent away, I'm going to ask Samsung for a new fucking phone.
I guess the thing that pisses me off the most is that these idiots "fixing" my phone KNEW that it wasn't fixed or it wasn't fixable and yet
had the nerve to send me that fucking phone back. The only thing that sucks is that Samsung apparently has strict no-return or exchange policies, but screw em.
That phone was expensive and I'm not going to have a phone with a battery that can't work.
