Question 8 is so weird. How the hell do you determine what qualifies as a transportation issue? Off the top of my head though, my answer would be Toni and
Dallas.
Did Andrew/Dan really beat out Nick and Starr with the speedbump before the latter finished the detour? Wow. Fuck you instructor lady! |

Anyway, for the transportation issue one, here's my 2 cents... Nick/Starr is definitely not the answer. Toni/Dallas' transportation issue would incorporate them going to take the metro instead of the taxi because they lost their money. Ken/Tina's transportation issue would involve them taking a normal bus rather than a trolley bus. Dandrew's would involve the taxi driver bringing them to the wrong place at the beginning of the leg instead of the one with the Fallen Monuments. So technically the above 3 should qualify as the answer since there really isn't one that stands out from the other and one really isn't lesser than the other except for Nick/Starr who really did not have any transportation issue this leg.

Okay... thanks to DD for helping out with the answers... I'd just have to rewatch the eppy to verify the answers for the transportation question, but its
leaning to T/D.
Dammit, I hate these technicalities Better make sure the finale questions cater to these...

14) Will the team to last check in at the pitstop be eliminated? [70 pts]Well, your reasoning is definitely valid. However... Another reasoning is also valid to make this question as Yes. The team that last checks in at the pitstop is not Ken/Tina but Toni/Dallas. The lines "last check in at the pitstop" is very important and is different from "last to reach the mat". Toni/Dallas will probably end up at the pit-stop as well, after Ken/Tina and definitely AFTER and LATER than them, thus making them the last team to check in. It'd be fairer if both Yes and No were accepted since there wasn't a "The eliminated team will not make it to the pit-stop" option as the question seems to encompass the fact that all teams check in, and this is not the case. Hence, the ambiguity in this technicality part of the question should render the answer to accept both since it'd be unfair to penalize some who felt that the question was asking about of the 4 remaining teams the last to reach the pit-stop (Toni/Dallas) would or would not be eliminated. But anyway, if you choose to accept No only, I could live with it. The lack of specific accurate choices is kinda frustrating though.

Daniel, I said YES to that question, but it's pretty clear that Ken/Tina were the last to check in at the pitstop, seeing as Toni/Dallas did not check in
and were just eliminated on the spot. Pretty specific if you ask me.

I really don't think it's fair for those who answered YES for Question 14. I mean, the answer is NO out of what it is truly meant. We all assumed that
all four teams checked in at the pit stop. And those who answered no probably chose it thinking it was what it meant. No one would ever think that Toni &
Dallas would be eliminated mid-leg. I mean, no one!
If I'm not making any sense here, then I'm sorry. But yeah, if it's a NO, then it's a NO. I'm not gonna argue. |

It seems easy to figure out that if a team loses its money and passport, they will probably have a lot of difficulty getting through the leg. Especially if the
leg involved a lot of transportation (which it clearly did), then my reasoning was that the team would get stuck at the end of a task and/or give up.

Okay... last ditch on the answer for question #14... Phil did exactly say when he met T/D that "all three teams have checked-in at the pitstop".
Moreover, the location where he met them was not the pitstop. I'm tabulating the scores, and the results and Finale leg questions will be up soon.
