What a great episode! I liked all the discussions going on regarding the vote. It gave a lot more on all of the players and where they stand. But obviously none of that useless strategic nonsense comes into play with edgic.

Fang going to tribal council week after week has given all of the people there a lot of screentime to build their characters. It's a shame Kota had a short shrift since this episode gave us a little more to work with regarding their characters.

After taking a quick glance at what others have been saying so far, I continue to play the devil's advocate, a position recently vacated by CL this season. All of you saying Marcus will win, it's a no brainer, he's got all the subtle editing cues, he's given empty screentime to narrate, etc. - You're all wrong. Captain Whitebread won't win. He's the biggest of all distractions. So there.

Ken and Sugar for F2? Perhaps. Their edit is mostly due to them having to keep going to tribal council and Sugar getting sent to exile and having the idol. Ken has actually gotten a very good story arc that hasn't been too in-your-face. He's there with Michelle, then with GC and Crystal, then Matty and now with Sugar. He's been a visible player in the game. Sugar has been shown constantly. Maybe a little too much. But she is a good story and that can't be ignored by editing. Her story has to be told.

It's at this point I have to say I believe that Corinne should recieve a CP rating. She has an obvious negative rating for her former fatty and stabbing in the face comments but she does it only in confessionals. She complains about Susie to Randy, Marcus and Charlie but it's been edited as completely justified and even during tribal council, Jeff is on her side. And all through it, she has been nothing but nice to Susie and to Dan. And she even goes so far as to make nothing of Susie's comments when Jeff throws it at her at tribal council. She had good reason for voting out Susie but instead voted out Dan because she felt it was a better strategic move, like she explained in tribal council. Her motives and rationale behind the decision for her vote were shown quite clearly (with Marcus and Charlie and Randy as her alliance rather than the other way round). She was not OTT and I think those who were turned off by her comments didn't weigh the impact of what else was shown of her. It's too easy to make her an OTT villain and so far she has not been depicted as such. She even had a small moment with Bob during his OTTP letter reward.

Poor Bob. That was all he got. He completely disappeared when it came time for strategy. We know for sure he's not winning.

Randy's an interesting character who's been giving us his thoughts pretty much continuously. Is he too overexposed? I think so. Would edit showcase him this much if he did not play a part late in the game? He'll be there. But will he get to the end and win? We'll still have to see. I think he's too negative, like I think Sugar is too positive.

So my devil's advocate choice for the end game? Ken, Sugar, Corinne and Randy. The winner? I'm hoping Corinne but I could see Ken in that place too.
