That he is the provider, when we just saw that he was almost a complete disaster with the boat, I felt he was OTT this episode... And he even said he can win this game.... Over the top all the way... But I'll probably go with the majority with his rating (CP right?)... Ratings: Bob - MORP3 Charlie - MOR4 Corinne - CPM3 Crystal - OTTN2 Ken - OTT4 Matty - OTTP3 Randy - OTTN4 Sugar - MOR3 Susie - UTR1 Winner: very hard to choose one, no one sounds like the perfect choice for me, but I'm sticking with Matty, he is the only player that I never eliminated, however, he is so OTTP that I don't feel him winning... Kenny - is a very negative player, now he is grown up (Randy's words), but he is also so cocky, that I can't see he redeeming himself for being a looser Fang Randy - he is the villain, pure and simple, he's not winning, but I won't eliminate him, not after the surprise with Marcus Corinne - why the editors keep giving to her good confessionals, she had an INV, she is probably not winning, she didn't need good confessionals to make people, actually, like her for some seconds. That's what I don't get in her edition Sugar - she had a terrible start, however she is getting a good edit now, I can see her winning, but her edit just say she won't... Crystal - No way in hell she will win... I think anyone can, safely, eliminate her...

Bob - MORP3. He has ingenuity and an understated dry sense of humor, simply not enough for CP. Corinne - CPN3. She sure gave the editors plenty of fodder to make her perception look lousy. She's probably still wondering how she got outsmarted by Sugar. Crystal - MORN2. She could be UTR, but on first viewing, she seemed to be more a part of the story than she really was. She would be my number 2 choice for winner, just not a very good #2. Ken - CP4. He's the only person left whose win would make sense. It is turning into a fairly impressive story of personal growth. Matty - OTTP3. The underdog without complexity. Randy - OTTN4. They've set the table perfectly for a predictable boot to be cheered by the audience. I don't see a redemption arc before the boot. Sugar - UTRP3. When the editing goes so far out of its way to paint your severest critic so wrong in her assessment of you, (Corinne), there has to be a P intent, even if no individual piece of the edit jumps out at the edgicer as P. Susie - UTR2. She was in the challenge. I fully expected a lot more NSPV about her flipping on the beloved King Marcus the Greatestest Survivor and Tribemate Ever, but she was pretty much ignored.

But I don't see the negative for Crystal either -the recap alone shows her t.ears from Randy's mocking. The CP edits to me are still consistantly Sugar and Kenny (Matty) -Suagr's flag painting scene is loaded, along with the TC. Randy and Corrine seem really tailored too -not for the endgame but for making us feel a certain way. OTTN variations. Bob is an OTTP roll in this story all the way. Susie is forgotten even with winning immunity.

The TC showdown between Crystal and Randy has been set up all the way back when Kelly was still there. And I always thought we were supposed to be on Crystal's side, I didn't think she had a tone at all. To boil it down, flf hit the target when he said that Matty has the Ozzy effect. He's about nature and not game, and he's not winning. Kenny got the important gaming SPV and explained to the viewers why he had low visibility earlier; he started UTR but is coming into his own. And the scene of him as provider was completely unnecessary. I <3 Crystal and that she has enough jury connections to make F3.

Corrine even comments on this herself, "whoda thought...?" And then it's back to manipulation and lying. And it's nothing layered or complex about the endgame -it's all editors' intent to make us feel she is a meanie! And what about Randy's Big Foot comment re: Crystal, followed by the lingering shot of Sugar, then Matty -clear intent. But I think we can also determine why people needed some of the edits they have gotten just from the events of these Tribals already.

I wish Kenny had a strategic reason shown for targetting Charlie, it felt like he was manipulating his alliance just because he could I think Randy commenting on Ken's growth is good, it shows us how he goes from loser underdog to someone who could win I agree, Matty's edit is all about the experience. Surely he had a hand in convincing Sugar to vote with their group. I think they would have shown that if he was the winner. I'm not sure who the editors wanted to favor between Randy and Chrystal, by the end of TC I was hoping they would both get the boot And finally, hurray for Susie. I never expected her to pull off an immunity win. I was surprised no one was shown making comments about her part in Marcus' boot. Maybe that would have made Corinne or Randy seem too logical.

(The edited character, not the Corrine in real life, which we have no idea about) the set-up for her to see Marcus was gone -I feel the general intent of the edit is for the audience to shout, "ha ha!" followed by Matty's grin. And her justification of the deserving to stay is shot down by Kenny instantly, leaving her with egg on her face. The Sugar is a moron line, and followed by a close-up of her when Sugar talks at IC about not lying like other people.

Last night for me it was "here we go again" when she and Randy went at it (that's what made me rate Crystal N). Because she has in reality -and it's part of the reality and the catalyst for a lot of action that has shaped the game -instead of just tweaking something for drama. Remember, some of us think the tone is not important -it's the weight. Crystal can be negative or positive, it's all irrelevant compared to her endgame ties.

At this point, they're simply obstacles for our eventual winner, whoever that may be. It'll be key identifying who "triumphs" over these two villains, because I think the winner is definitely tied to them. Yes--remember the "Good vs Evil" theme. We have GOOD: Bob, Matty, Ken, Sugar BAD: Randy, Corinne, Crystal So any chance of Randy winning is probably toast after his diatribe at tribal council (and in next week's preview too) Hey, some bitch/moan from Randy is fine, provided their was the insight to go with it. But in this ep it was all Crystalhate. His chances plummeted because the strategic CP underpinnings of many other episodes simply weren't there. After it showed him saying "Bitch" as his voting comment, his winning chances plummet to 0.000! You could also compare Randy to Jonathan, and Susie to Becky/Sundra Eh...Randy and Jonathan are certainly both c.olor.ful, but with vastly different tones. Randy plain-out gripes while Jonathan had clever, sarcastic quips when he complained about people. ...have to put Kenny in the F3 now, and likely Crystal. Not sure about Sugar, but I see Matty just missing the final TC, the last obstacle Kenny has to overcome. The one thing we KNOW--and has nobody mentioned this yet?--is that because *Randy (in the preview) outright states* that the F3 will be Ken, Crystal, and Sugar**, we KNOW that that is one combination it will NOT be! <Emily Litella> Never mind. </Emily Litella> I actually think Sugar is the safest bet of making the final three (but not winning). I agree here--she's been VERY tended this time--she's had more footage sitting in a hammock on Exile than Susie has had doing anything, I bet! And gamewise, that idol doesn't hurt her chances. Bonus for the editors, her general positive nature and portrayal will be a red herring for the casual viewer, who will be certain she'll win, causing surprise when she doesn't. Then she'll win the Rupert Boneham Memorial $100,000 K "~~Rigged~~America Votes" prize. Okay, we also have Bob fake idol. Do we flag this? Is this just more of his ingenuity, or will it be a plot point? Did it need to be shown? I think they showed it just because it was such a GOOD fake idol (i.e. "not just a fucking stick!"), but I can't see it coming into play. At F9, there was no need, since the Kotas hoped to win the vote with Sugar's help. At F8, the previews suggest that Randy is trying to flip Matty (and by extension Sugar since it was Susie that Randy said would be in the F3) and surely Corinne and Randy will be targeted before Bob so again, it may not come into play. But if it gets to F7 with the Fang alliance still in control with flip options explored without success, it may be time for Bob to pull out the idol and see what he can do. Even knowing that Sugar has an idol, the Fangs are likely going to be worried about whether Bob's is genuine. I'm not sure how that would play out - perhaps it is the shakeup I'm currently anticipating - but I don't think it changes the basic game dynamics long term, and those favor Fang over Kota.

Corinne genuinely bonded with him and felt bad he was gone. What's N about that (Spoof of pro-Fang logica coming). Stategically Corinne was caught on the wrong foot this episode, and struggled, and got fooled. But that's so we can cheer for her in her new underdog status, as she figures out that certain people can't be trusted, that Suhgar has the idol, etc.
