This is from wikipedia: Island of the Dead
The Israeli version introduced the Island of the Dead. Every person voted out is brought to the island, and had to compete with the person already staying there, for the right to stay on the island for at least another three days. When only three contestants remained, the winner of the last battle of the island returned.
The only thing I would do differently is letting the last person back at final 5, not 4, coz a free ride to final 4 is easy for people like Ozzie and James, coz they would just win every challenge on that island.

The tribe that wins the final pre-merge reward challenge gets to go on a picnic at some idyllic location. They also get a note telling them that there is an
immunity idol hidden at the merge camp and they have one day to search for it before the other team is also told about it. It'd be interesting to see
whether people can disguise their searching, or if someone will straightaway spill the beans.

Start with a speed dating-type session, where all the castaways have 30-60 seconds talking to each other. Then tribal pick 'em based off that.

My Twist would be everyone getting partnered off at the start.
Each week someone is nominated to go stay on exile island (semi-permanently) and another would be voted off. This would keep things even for partners. Numbers would dwindle down until the exiled contestants were brought back in the game forming a new tribe; at this point it would be a tribe vs. tribe game (possibly 3 tribes) The exiled contestants would be at a disadvantage for camp-life, rewards, luxuries but would also form a strong revenge bond. It's slightly like the twist of bringing burton/ lil back, but these people weren't actually voted out of the game so hopefully viewers would actually be rooting for them. Things would merge as per normal, it may take a couple extra 2 hour episodes. |

revenge. I am hoping this will make it to the latest survivor, but I hope that instead of being brought back in the final 4, it could be brought back earlier.
2) Also, I liked another idea which one of you forum peeps suggested, sorry i forgotten your name. There will be a 3 part finale (just like Big Brother), that
will even out the competition. I know these ideas arent mine but it is good, that is what i think. So what do you guys think?

A twist on a challenge:
This challenge is Physical but it relies more on strategy. On an a physical/Mental relay challenge, both tribes will have a power which member of the opposition should should compete on every station. Imagine the weakest girls being forced to do the physical part while the Dumb alpha males will be assigned to do the puzzles. Lets say the challenge have for station: The first station reguires swimming, The 2nd station was a balance obstacle course, The 3rd station relies on strength and the last station is a puzzle one. Instead of people within the tribe the ones to choose who should participate on ever station, Its the opponent tribe who will assign people on every station. |

Sleeping with the enemy redux
Its a more modified version of a twist from Thailand. On the 1st 4 weeks the 2 tribes will live on the same camp.Giving to tribes a chance to interact outside the challenges. On the 1st 4 tribal councils, Its the winning tribe who will vote out members of the losing tribe. |

16 castaway They start off with 2 tribes living on the same beach for 2 weeks... than, there will be a tribe swap, where the tribe members choose if they want
to swap anot (mutiny in cooks island), however this will be done silently. The merge starts at 9 where the castaway think there will be 7 jury and 2 final
members. Eliminated survivor from the pre merge (no. 6th eliminated to 8th eliminated) will come back (they will be on the other camp that the merge tribe do
not want to live on) and fight for a spot, only 2 will make it.This will make the jury of 9 and final 2 members. The twist is that the final 2 members get to
cancel votes from the jury. making 7 votes. Than halfway through the season, Janice Dickinson comes into the camp and pee and leave

I've had a few ideas for a few twists...
(1) Use Friends and Family more Friends and Family usually turn up near the end-game so they should use them more. The twist would be that everyones friend/family member gets to help their survivor in the challenges and visit the camp. The survivors are told that the friends/family members will leave at tibal council. At tibal council, things follow the usual patten but then Jeff tells them it is now time to vote..... and then asks the family members to vote ! (This will test to see if the survivors spent any time talking to their family members about aliances and strategy) (2) Wheel of Fate I've often felt that voting aliances have too much power in survivor, it all comes down to a numbers game. So lets mix it up. Have a Wheel of Fate that is spun at tribal council and depending where it stops defines how voting will take place. (a) You can have standard voting as we have right now (b) We can have the opposing tribe (that won the immunity challenge) to vote out one of the loosing tribe (c) Can have voting for who you wish to keep in the game (rather than vote out), person who has the least 'keep' votes leaves. (d) When post-merger; then indiviual who came last in 'immunity challenge' leaves (e)When post-merger; then last two in 'immunity challenge' take a sudden-death challenge and the loser leaves (e.g. make fire) (f) All take challenge (e.g. standing on beam for 5 mins without falling) and only if you succeed will your vote count. |

SURVIVOR- GAME MASTERS edition.....
This season is reserved to players that are truely masters of the game, win or lose. Those players that showed manipulation and such on such a level that they are unquestioned masters of their crafts are in this season. People like Richard hatch, Rob Cesterino, Rob Mariano, etc, etc. And this would also be open to other reality show contestants that have also shown the abillity to 'play'. People like Will Kirby from BIG BROTHER 2, people on that level. |
