someone else suggested this but an inverted tribe pick-em would be nice. so instead of picking someone to join your tribe, you pick someone to send to the
other tribe.

what about an island where a tribe sends a member to be left alone and they get clues for an idol?

Twist ideas:
Start off with 25 people: 5 tribes of 5 people each. At 20 people left, merge to 4 tribes of 5. At 18 people left, merge to 3 tribes of 6. At 14 people left, merge to 2 tribes of 7. At 12 people left, merge to 1 tribe of 12. NO JURY. Pre-Merge: All mental challenges. Post-Merge: All physical challenges. Have a F2 immunity challenge to determine winner. No, not a pussy fire-making challenge. Kind of like on I Love Money; Except a lot longer and a lot more draining. Not really a twist but an idea. |

I'm not saying the above is close to a good idea....im more just going to say this for the hell of it....but if you realy think back Survivor has done (and
listened to us about) some really wild shit. Girls vs guys, Old vs Young, Races, Exile Island, Mutiny.....we really can't say they dont listen to
us....there is nothing toooooo logical that they havent done yet.
My ideas for survivor tho... These are a lot of little things I feel will make the show flow better. 1. Make Reward and Immunity combined so we get more time with the players and see more downtime bullshit. Make it so when they get to a challenge each tribe volunteers 1 person (no limit on who it could be) and they go against another person from the other tribe in a simple challenge, whether it be a puzzle or who can build steps up to a point and grab immunity or who can hit a target or something. Simple but still kind of a challenge. The winner wins reward for their tribe and the loser goes to EI. Then they immediately go to Immunity. Probably cut challenge time down from (if its is) 12 mins to around 9 or 8. A few mins extra of "I can't believe you voted for McCain" or "Thats a good idea for a recipe" or "Oh I love that show" really will make people like castaways more. Only do this till the merge. 2. Have two HII. One that is used pre merge, and one for post merge. 3. Have both tribes share food. Somewhere equal distance from both camps there will be a bunker in the woods where every three days 2 tribes worth of food will be kept so we get to see how they ration it out. Will someone from each tribe stay there and wait for the food so they can take it all? Will they leave an equal amount for the other tribe, will they make deals if they meet someone from the other tribe. It really will be a fight for food. 4. I think we can except that this show is getting on in years so why not have a survivor trivia challenge. It could be one of the quick reward challenges. I know they did it in ASS but every season from here on out have one challenge where they ask 13 questions and who ever gets the majority wins. |

I've been thinking about having contestants who were actually winners in other Survivor franchises. I know it's a long shot, but hey, they had Italian
girls in The Bachelor.

My idea - intended for the "final" season.. if/whenever this would be..
Have a huge cast - 39 people composed into 3 tribes from the following - Previous US Survivor winners (if a winner doesn't want to or can't participate, that season's runner up would take that spot) - Fan Favorites - Actual "super" fans - (ex: Todd from China) (Just to clarify - not 11 people from each segment, but all the winners or runnerups, and the rest would be split between fans and fan faves. For example IF S20 is the final season you would have 19 winners or runner ups, 10 Fan faves and 10 super fans) I'd like a return to Borneo with the whole back to where everything started/we've come full circle theme. No Exile/HII The filming duration would be 2 and a half months (call it 72 days or so) They would have Reward one day, Immunity/Tribal the next - with the exception of the 1st day and when we get to the Final 4 The season would be 18 weeks long, 2 shows a week Thursdays and Sundays (after BB/TAR) - 1 Tribal per epi, except the finale There would be 2 merges - 1st one with 26 remaining to two tribes (13 per) and the 2nd one with 13 remaining (Final) 11 person Jury, 2 people to the final (yea, the reflection trip would take some time, but also look back on every season) and the Grand Prize would be 10 Mil.. instead of 1 - and the title of Ultimate Survivor. Is it too much? maybe - but it'd be interesting (except if Bob said no.. and Susie went in his place.. that would just be bad..) |

I have three ideas for this thread actually:

Cyberball2072 |

a Winner's Circle idea is feasible The problem I see is that there is a more tilted number of Survivor Winner males over females, I believe it is like 10-6
right now. I think a Season where you have at least 1, perhaps two teams of winners; a team of Runner Ups; and then a team of Celebrities would be workable. ON
the grounds that the money would not be as much an issue. Two teams of 6 each of Survivor Winners. Rupert could be included on the grounds that he was the
AMERICA'S CHOICE winner. 1 team of 6 Survivor Runner Ups. Done mostly so Mark Burnett could still put Stephanie back out. Team of Celebrities. I know they
could find 6.

I can see them doing a sort of "Winners vs *insert name here*" bit with the winners in a future season, as I can see a number of them probably not
wanting to do it again, or just Hatch not being someone CBS would want back. Whether it would be Winners vs Fans, Winners vs Favourites, Winners vs Runner-Ups,
or Winners vs Early Boots, I have no idea on.

I'm sure this has already been stated repeatedly in this thread, but I'd like it if they just started the game off with no tribes and everything being
individual reward and immunity challenges from the get go.

Yeah, I believe the male-female ratio of winners is 10-7 right now. If they get three female winners in a row, it could work perfectly. If not, they really
shouldn't get too hung up on the male-female ratio, especially because it's not like it puts women at a disadvantage. Men tend to view each other as
threats and target each other. Rich should be out of prison by then, but if MB doesn't want him back, I'm sure he'll just sub Rupert in.

I guess my idea isn't too revolutionary but I've still always wanted Survivor to do it. Instead of a basic pick-em or random switch up, why not make a
social challenge/TC hybrid to essentially decide who gets "voted off" into the other tribe. This would expose alliances and piss off those who have
just switched to a new tribe, destroying loyalty.
I'm not sure exactly what this vote-off would entail...maybe just pen and a paper, secret ballot, smash idols of their faces, I'm sure they could come up with something. |

kinda going off of JersyJerk's idea...
when u get sent to exile there is a similar thing to gabon's exile a note to read first saying like "there is 2 HII's on this island, 1 for pre merge 1 for post" and there is one clue container for each you wouldnt know which is for which so if someone found the PreHII and played it post it would be thrown into the fire and vice versa you can only search for one during each stay at Exile so if you got sent twice and found both, you could show people the idol and cook up a randy-esque plan then you play the wrong one and get fucked over |

^^^^^^^^^^ How about if they just dont tell you you've found the hidden immunity idol and let you decide if you have the guts to risk and play it.It'll
keep the viewers guessing as well.

Have a F2 immunity challenge to determine winner. No, not a pussy fire-making challenge. Kind of like on I Love Money; Except a lot longer and a lot more draining. Not having a Jury vote for the winner completely eliminates the whole point of the show. |
