I'm still waiting for them to use more complicated clues that only lead to one real idol, and a bunch of decoys.

I just got into Gabon, and I must say I am pleasantly surprised. The location is stunning, the cast is pretty great and the gameplay is thus far really
interesting. Micronesia had some great blindsides, but the same alliance (Cirie, Parvati and Amanda) essentially ran the show the whole season, just swapping
out James/Ozzy for Alexis/Natalie after the merge. This time, the power is constantly shifting, and it could continue for the rest of the season.

My prediction is that the good vs. bad thing will start after Corinne, Charlie, and Randy find out Marcus has been voted out. They will want to do anything to
win and they will try or succeed in throwing challenges to get rid of Matty/Sugar (the good guys of the season) and save Bob. This will make the others think
of Corinne, Charlie, and Randy as "evil," and want anybody but those 3 to win. Or maybe Corinne, Charlie, and Randy call Crystal, Ken, and Susie the
"evil" people for voting out their dear Marcus and see themselves as "good people"

So Corrine = Stephenie
Susie = Lydia No wonder why they hate each other Randy must = Judd Charlie = Rafe? I guess that means Bob = Gary |

In the preview it looks like Randy is trying to make Matty mess up

Does anyone think that there is a HII backlash? I certainly hope so, because people see that it is more trouble than its worth, and hopefully the next season
throws the idol away too, and it gets phased out of the game.

Funny how the backlash caused players to make 1 of the worst idol moves in Survivor history

This past episode wasn't that good. If there are 2 more episodes like this in a row, this will turn into a Cook Islands/Fiji/China/Micronesia dudfest.

I'm thoroughly enjoying the haphazard, train wreck quality of this season. How funny would it be if the Kotas, one of the most dominant tribes in Survivor
history, somehow flubbed their advantage and a Fang wound up winning? I know it irritates a lot of folks, but I think the past couple of episodes has proven
once and for all that Survivor is, above all else, a social game. People get into these dominant roles and keep forgetting that the peons they scoff at could
very well band together and kick their alpha asses out of the game. I mean, Kenny is running the game right now. KENNY!!! And on the other side you've
got cantankerous Randy, who couldn't wait to rub salt into the wounds of his former tribemates, and who is now on the ass end of the merge and needs to go
on a Tom or Ozzy-like immunity run to stay in the game. Same goes for the self-proclaimed "bitch", Corrine. I giggle at the hubris shown. How
little effort would it have taken to make Susie feel like an integral part of Kota? After voting off Dan, pulling her aside after TC and telling her that they
kept her because they like her and want to go to the final six with her. Instead, Corrine goes off on her about considering voting for her. And then Marcus
hems and haws with her about a final three deal and seals his fate. And do they learn their lesson? Of course not. Because Corrine thinks Sugar's so
dumb that an hour or two of kindness can make up for 3+ weeks of treating her like shit, and now Chuck is visiting Loser's Lounge. The Onion Alliance
named themselves aptly, because now they're all crying.

this is sort of turning out like Cook islands
Raro= Kota 5 (Marcus, Charlie, Bob, Corrine, Randy) Aitu 4 = Fang 4 (Kenny, Crystal, Matty, Sugar) Johnathan = Susie |

The fangs are definatly better fleshed out characters than the Aitu 4, we have Kenny the strategist, Crystal the TC outbursts, Sugar the swing vote, Susie
<3 for saving this season and going with C/K and Matty for his creepy smiles.

Kenny's edit reminded me Cirie. Maybe Matty will be another Aras winner and Kenny is the strategist that falls short

Loving this season so far.
The premiere (Episode 1 and 2) was crappy. Episode 3 was good. Episode 4 was meh. Episode 5 was suckish. Episode 6 was horrendous. Episode 7 was the turning point and was AWESOME. Episode 8 was another KICK-ASS episode. Episode 9 was FABULOUS. As long as the rest of the season continues to provide relatively entertaining and exciting moments, with Ken + Sugar + Crystal remaining in control till the Final 3... This season will be THE BOMB. |
