She's obviously got more of her inner bitch left it her.

I think Corinne's bitchiness will be limited only in her confessionals. Bitch knows how to control it so that others will not see her as that. You
don't wanna screw your competitors.

This season officially rocks. Best episode of the season by far, and one of the best ever, IMO. Not just because Marcus got the boot. I don't necessarily
hate the guy, but its awesome he was taken out because I've been 100% convinced he would win since episode 1. Big and welcome surprise. Not only that, but
the editing was very early-season esque. Multiple confessionals to all the players (except Bob I think), great buildup etc. The episode was ... perfect.

Great episode. I'm really not sure what's going to happen from this point forward, which I haven't been able to say since Exile Island. Cook
Islands through Micronesia have had some good moments but overall they've been rather predictable seasons. I'm looking forward to craziness again!

Can Ken or Crystal please win?
Eh, this season can still be predictable in the sense that Sugar/Matty just join the three they're already with and pagong the other tribe. |

Terrific, terrific episode. Like most at Sucks, I was convinced Marcus would win, although with me it was more game positioning and past history than editing.
Tonight was definately a pleasant surprise. All episode long I was fearful that Susie would be yet another in a long line of morons who had a chance to make
a big move and pissed her game away (a la Amber, Brandon, etc...) so it was terrific to see her vote Marcus out. Crystal, lasting only 1 second in the immunity
challenge?

I missed the first half of this episode. I would appreciate it if someone posted what happened during the first half of this episode.

chapera rocks wrote:Amen to everything CR said. Even before TC, it was a pretty good episode; the twist wasn't as lame as I expected, Matty was awesome in the challenge, and even though I was convinced that Susie was gonna stick with Marcus out of blind loyalty, it was an entertaining episode overall. Then Probst read the third vote for Marcus. After 17 seasons, it takes something big to surprise me from this show, but this did it. Easily the most shocking boot of all time. And what makes it even more brilliant is the fact that, even though it was a total shocker, it's not like it came out of nowhere. They explained it beautifully, but based on all the previous episodes it seemed impossible. I was completely neutral on this season until tonight. Sucks that we're in for F3, but that doesn't detract from an amazing episode. Best since Hatch's boot in ASS if you ask me. |

You know how the theme good vs evil as mentioned by Jeff Probst in an interview, and how a group of people decide they are the "good" people and that
one of them should win. I'm beginning to think that those people are Charlie/Corinne/Randy with Matty and Sugar joining them. After they see Marcus gone,
they dictate that one of them has to win against the "evil" players who are actually playing the game. Yes, Ken and Crystal have lied but had they
not it would've been Ace and Marcus who would still be in the game and for those two to escape Tribal while at the same time eliminate two of the most
formidable players in the game is real skill. Sugar and Susie were swayed, though they both had established loyalties elsewhere.
At this point, I'd rather see Charlie, Corinne and Randy lose as their cockiness is starting to get to me. I can see this being a BB6-esque way the game is being played out. The "good" side thinks they are so good, but fans look at it otherwise. Just a thought. |

I haven't been that surprised by a boot for a looooooong time. Wheeee!
Somewhere else I was reading discussion that Kota 3 should have pulled a Christy and voted out Susie for her indecisiveness (which yes, would make sense), but I really think Marcus was voted off for the same reason. The man has no poker face. |

WOW. This was a GREAT Survivor episode. I LOVED IT except for Sugar feeling remorseful about Ace. Bleh.
I just hope Matty + Sugar + Susie + Ken (<3) + Crystal (<3 <3 <3) will make up the Final 5. Then I'll honestly be SO DAMN FUCKING HAPPY. CRYSTAL RAWKSSZSSS.S..Z.ZZZ! |

In a lengthy interview prior to the season's start, Jeff Probst intimated that this Survivor will devolve into a spirited contest between good and evil. A
group of castaways emerges that believes a"good person"--Probst's words --must win this game, while another group will emerge that is spiteful,
nasty, mean-spirited and determined to win at all costs. Probst hinted that the split will become apparent around now. And it will get ugly fast.Anyone care
for an apple?
Okay so I think it's safe to say that at least Randy and Corinne (possibly Charlie) are going to be the "spiteful, nasty, mean-spirited people" and everybody else is going to be a "good person" |

Holy shit. I just now watched the episode, and out of nowhere, Gabon just became a decent season.
One of the best episodes I've seen in a long time. |

This season's still another Thailand to me - and I preferred the surprise of Sook Jai's collapse over several episodes than the sudden shock of a
Marcus boot and likely Onion-pagonging.
Jake = Bob with more camera-time Clay = Randy with more one-liners Helen = Corinne with more genuine bitchiness Everyone else sucks I hated most of last seasons' merge group equally, so watching them all flounder was fun. This season it seems like the few likeable people are just doomed. |

This season is just so much better than the last one because we've gotten rid of most of the boring people. Everyone is now getting development and is
being edited as a character. It's great because now with Susie having this episode we know about her a hell of a lot more than we knew Alexis & Natalie
from last season.
And of course, Crystal is making this season lovable. |

It's great because now with Susie having this episode we know about her a hell of a lot more than we knew Alexis & Natalie from last season. We don't really know anything about Susie though apart from the fact she wants Top 3. Same with Bob's thoughts on the alliance. Last season everyone but Cirie and Parvati was stupid, but we knew what ridiculous plans everyone had. This season is more obviously divided into mostly unlikeable gameplayers and lambs to the slaughter. |
