To show how sad I am, I decided to post here using my Blackberry. Apparently Sucks is more addictive than crack these days. There are still people here without power. My street looked like a tornado had ripped through it! A tree was completely ripped up from the ground and thrown on to a neighbor's house. It was soooo freaky! Even growing up in the tornado capital of Ohio didn't prepare me for just "wind." I've seriously never seen anything like it. Mr. Soaking is currently in Kansas City until Friday. It's a long story and will fill me with rage to get into the details of it. But thanks for asking, lol! WHERE IS DIE?!?!?!?

Well I think that since Houston and that area was hit so much harder than here and we still have people near us that don't have power, she just may not either. Whhooo Hoooo can you imagine a pissed off die? Not that it's any one person or company at fault, just like here they are working around the clock there, but good God that long no power and possibly having to " bunk up " with people or relatives :: shiver :: Just can't help but get testy. whispers sorry about Mr S. hope he brings you oodles of gifts when he gets back!

They are handling it a lot better than I handled it for the 5-3/4 days I was out of power. I completely fucking lost it. At one point I was sitting on the bench in front of the Post Office on San Jacinto in downtown Houston and yelling "fucker" at every Metro bus that went by. (I don't have a car, so the lack of bus service combined with no electricity, cabin fever and not a lot of food made me a bigger lunatic than I already I was). It was after about my 10th Fucker that I decided I had a real problem. I walked home (only about a mile) and went to bed for two days! Depending on which side of the bayou Die lives on either 80% of the people don't have power (south side) or 20% don't have power (north side). Die did sound scared that night but everyone I have talked to was scared, so she had a lot of company (including me). Best wishes to you Die. I hope you are back soon.
