They were slowly covered up 1 by 1 and that was to inform you that they were not part of the saying. Everything was covered by the end except for the blueberry + hatched egg.

The private beach thing doesn't even have to be that pricey, CBS probably has property over there, or they are renting a nice house for a day. It's a day and a night, so even with goodies like Jet Skis or a luau and dancers and surfing or snorkeling--it's going to come in under $5K.
