Actually, this is the quote they have:

it doesn't specify from this season. I still think its Adam.

The heavy breathing might just be from the sound reverb in that suit, especially the plastic chest plate.
Please God, Keesha ends up with another tooth knocked out courtesy of Jerry, and Jerry is evicted from the game, Renny comes back in, BB pays for all of Keesha's pretty new teeth, including the one she already lost, Jerry freaks out yelling that it was that stupid cunts fault for getting in his way, Memphis punches him out, Jerry dies of a heart attack, and Memphis is given a pass because, seriously?
