Everywhere I go, not just here on Sucks, I'm an enigma to everyone I know. Every once in a while I have a "staircase" moment and I'm cool as anything, but that's few and far between.

I have no issue with your observation and I agree TO a degree. In fairness to Sucks, what do you expect after all these seasons? A board that parodies, flames, discusses, etc. a show that is now on its 17th season can lose some steam; hell the show has lost more steam than Sucks. I have been here long enough to know that I have NO place in condemning when I am merely a spectator to some of the most inventive, wicked, cruel and hilarious postings about Survivor. I find the criticism ridiculous; much like the criticism that spoilers with sourced information get when they supply information and it may have some minor inaccuracies. There seems to be a great expectation that this place is supposed to keep everyone entertained and it seems to me the ones that bitch most are the ones who DO sit around waiting to be entertained instead of doing the entertaining. Hell, I moved the love/hate threads as they do not belong here (notwithstanding the BITCHING going on that they were here) and this forum is now dead, dead, dead. There IS an irony here. Ghosts, n00bs and plain asshats are a problem; they will ALWAYS be a problem; interestingly enough I've been around long enough to remember that when they showed up, if you ignore them they usually go away (or in the case of n00bs they dial it back and put their toes in instead of belly flopping) These days, ya'll practically encourage them to not only stay around but beef up their idiocy tenfold. But hey, what do I know. I work here for free; that goes to show you my mental status.

They used to have funny editing that mocked the cast. The editing used to be really clever. You know what I find really strange is I can remember Seasons One through Eight in vivid detail but I can't even remember all the cast of the seasons after that. Survivor seriously jumped the shark at Vanuatu. The cast of the Outback was kind of boring- The cast of Survivor Africa TOTALLY ROCKED but had a boring final 2 so no one seems to remember how great that cast was.

Everyone in the game took stabs from the editors, and not just having so-and-so give a confessional about how much said player "sucks". Instead, it was clever digs at the players (and they ALL had their turns) with the music and manipulation of footage shown. Yeah, what the hell happened to those days? Oh right... None of our opinions about Survivor matter much to SEG. On another note, I enjoy the pissing and moaning here, but not when it's actually ingrained in you. As a suckster, you should either reserve your hatred for absolutly everyone that graces your screen, or have a more nuanced approach. This madness, thats right I went there,this madness in the idea that theres a group of folk who are somehow not worthy to be on the show sickens me. If you hate someone onhe show, hate them for a personal, nuanced reason(not that it neccessarily has to be logical, but should either adhere to real life logic or Sucks logic), son't group them into "mactors and non mactors". It's not even funny anymore, it's a sick and fascile way of thinking.
