He doesn't mention his name, his comments are not in context .. it's easy to see why people think he's talking about himself when he said: "I'm not running for president because I think I'm blessed with such personal greatness that history has anointed me to save our country in its hour of need."

So you didn't actually listen to the speech? Because had you listened, you would have noted the context in the emphasis of a few words in that line. Reading the line doesn't provide that same context.
