HEY! Did you guys watch Obama say that running his campaign was his executive experience?
Did you laugh. C'mon, did you?

Can we talk about the dearth of experience you must have in order to make a claim that running a campaign is the highlight of your executive experience, or are
we still talking about Palin's pregnant daughter?

What's worse -- having no experience and surrounding yourself with those who have it, or having experience but surrounding yourselves with those who do
not?

With all the bullshitnshinola being slung about during this campaign, I'm basing my vote solely on the fact that tard spawners ought to stick together.

I went to college with two of the people he threw under the bus, and while they are very smart their opposite numbers on the Clinton campaign had longer resumes. |

I think you got hosed, Nubber Anyway, moving on. Evidently, running a campaign is more important than, say, winning a campaign. I truly can't believe he said that. What next? Palin wearing a helmet ala Dukakis as a show of support for her baby? This has to be the weirdest election cycle since Tilden/Hayes. |

I haven't decided yet. I'm intrigued by this veep pick, but I want to hear what she has to say on the issues now, not as they were in yesterday's
news or how NYT is calling her a product of a campaign in shambles or whatever they posted on their front page today.

Why does Sarah Palin need to stay home with the kids?
Didn't women fight to have equal rights? She can work while the husband does the care taking just as easily. Matter of fact why doesn't a man in the same situation not get bashed for leaving the kids at home. I guess liberals really against the liberation of women, shocking |

Obama's foreign policy team in particular is one of the strongest a Democrat can put together. Who cares if Hillary's was stronger? She's not
the nominee. Mitt Romney's team was pretty strong too and he's not the nominee either.
This has to be the weirdest election cycle since Tilden/Hayes. Oh my God, total bonus points for you! I almost made a Samuel Tilden reference in another thread and thought, no, that's too obscure.

Far be it from me to defend George W Bush, but picking Dick Cheney for his vice president was genius. In retrospect, not at all for the country or
Constitution, but for his campaign.
That Obama quote is very silly and he would do well to avoid those questions entirely. He needs to heighten his many other strengths and deflect the whole 'experience' question to elaborating on the 'bad experience' of Dubya or whomever. |

George W Bush had experience as Governor of Texas.
He also ran some businesses (into the ground). Most importantly he has lots of experience with the oil industry. So we have him to thank for our $2.50 per gallon gas and our wonderful economy. I'm voting for John and Sarah. (snort) |

No, Cheney was the same kind of pick as Biden -- appearance of experience at the expense of setting up the succession. If she hadn't had all these
skeletons in her closet, Palin would have been able to run in 4 or 8 years' time.

Yeah, Obama's white elephant (so to speak) is his lack of experience. For him to talk about it was foolish and not well thought out, to say the least. I
wonder who advised him on that, or if he just went ahead on his own impetuous initiative? "Hey guys, guess what! I, too, have foreign experience as I have
been running this campaign for awhile now! Plus, I've been to foreign countries and met some foreign dudes. Holla!"
Regarding the Tilden example, I'm glad you got it... I kinda felt that Trho and jefa would get it, and maybe Sloan if he hasn't given up on the political thread(s), yet. Now if you understood my Martin Van Buren/corset reference, then I shall say that you complete me in a dirty liberal way. |

So, besides not knowing what (if anything lolz) the Vice President of the United States does, it now seems that until recently, Palin didn't even
want her state to be part of the United States.

Dr Laura has weighed in.
Will still vote for JM because BO is a leftist but wonders why the GOP could not find a mature woman with grown children as VP pick. She's very disappointed. |

I'm still a litte insulted by O'bama's transparent attempt to lure in the rich white male old vote with his VP pick.
