If there was ever an example of unrequited love, it's McCain/Lieberman. I feel sorry for them. It's like Romeo and Juliet without the good lines. |

Quick question, didn't Lieberman leave the democratic party? Or did I dream that? He continues to call himself one.

Sarah Palin's speech is going to be RICH. I can't wait.
The Republicans have already cleared the floor. Do these people not party? "We're so proud of him!" says the scary woman in the Texas delegation about Dubya Bush, the pariah of the convention. I love that CNN is re-running the hot Campbell Brown with that McCain hack!

Bill Clinton being applauded during a GOP Convention? That might be the funniest thing I've ever seen.
Thompson had the most stirring speech, Lieberman the most interesting. Obviously Thompson was attempting to grip one emotionally while Lieberman tried for one's reason. I, too, am looking forward to Sarah Palin's speech tomorrow night. I can't wait to see the enlightened comments that will somehow manage to disregard everything she says, and, instead, rightly focus upon her being a horrible and uncaring mother for abandoning them to the depths of a cruel night, to rather give one of the most important speeches in GOP recent history. |

Gregoire wrote:I've seen that interview twice, and I agree with the McCain camp that Campbell Brown was rude -- frequently interrupting -- and asking questions that she should have researched herself, rather than drill Tucker Bounds on details he should have known, but obviously didn't. What's the point of humiliating a foot soldier when she passed up the opportunity to question Palin's lack of connection with the politics of Wash DC. Wolf Blitzer was totally sucking up to Campbell after Lieberman's speech. Does Tucker has some kind of speech impediment? It it bannable to bring up that? |

Start flipping around. There's bound to be a 'Friends' rerun on somewhere. It'll drop you like a triple dose of Thorazine.
