NOIS was absolutely right. Water and a good quantity of it. Much of the day after feeling like crap is dehydration related.
Next time drink a bunch of water before you go to sleep and it should help a bit. ~tari! |

Tari is right --- drink as much water as you can force down before going to bed, and take some asperin then too. It does lessen the hangover. Don't turn
into a binge drunk -- it'll come back to bite you in the ass down the road.
