So how do they decide which American, Frenchmen, etc should be in which race? Do they race beforehand and pick the top 2 or so for each type of race?

Brent Hayden, arguably Canada's best swimmer, fails to make the final of the 100m freestyle...which is supposedly his specialty event.
I assume he'll be in the relay later tonight...but fuck man...the summer Olympics make me embarrassed to be from Canookistan. |

I would've respected French Bernard if he said his team would "squash" the americans instead of "smash". The word "Squash"
