to you and I possibly, but they're catering to the general viewing public who want to see the speedsters, gymnastics, hot women and diving. they didn't
even use to show hardly any volleyball until beach volleyball caught on.

You know, I can respect people who think diving is more entertaining for whatever reason, but it just strikes me as an odd broadcasting decision given that
they aired so many fucking preliminary beach volleyball matches each night before the swimming events started and now here's one that matters and it's
not on.
And I just checked and it turns out the U.S. team won already. 
I guess I'll just have to pay attention to the softball semis or the swimming marathon (where there's a girl with half a leg missing!) |

It was beach volleyball. The regular volleyball team plays tomorrow morning to try to get into the medal round.
And you haven't missed Shawn. NBC is just not going to show her until the last possible moment to force us to watch all this other crap. |
