A more useful index would be if three points was awarded for gold, two for silver, and one point for bronze. In 2nd place, right behind a country that has 4x as many people. |

The USA vs Japan soccer game is on right now. If the USA wins, they advance to the Gold medal round for the fourth time in a row. It's pretty impressive
they are still this good despite their best player being injured and half of the starters retiring after last olympics (mainly Mia Hamm).

USA is in the Gold Medal round, 4th olympics in a row. Amazing. I love their old dyke coach who has more facial hair than I do. She's so precious.
My fave player on the US team, is the oh so glamorous Natasha Kai: 
<3. She's so spunky and vulgar every time she is on the court. When the stupid bitchy reff/umpire/whatevs called a foul on her, they panned to her and she yelled "MOTHER FUCKER!" She had some very precious dance moves when they beat Canada too. I think Brazil will win, they have been amazing. |
