How the hell did Shawn not make it into the vault finals? She got a 16.025 on one of her vaults this olympics for cripes sakes. Oh well, that sucks for Ali. You need to do 2 vaults in preliminaries in order to qualify for event finals. Shawn only did one. It seems a lot of all-around gymnasts don't bother to learn a 2nd vault and go for the vault title. |

Shaun didn't try. They had to do two vaults in the qualifying to get to the vault finals and Shaun only did one. It's the top 8 out of the 13 that

Bela is emotional, loyal and engaging again. But let's not underplay his capacity to be completely full of shit. I like the guy as much as anybody, but he's on these broadcasts specifically for this reason. Alica's vaults were nothing special. This is hardly a travesty. You're so fucking pretentious. Alicia was one of, what?, four people that had a decent landing. The Chinese girl who, by the way, says she 20 - she's not - not only landed on her knees but touched the floor with her effing HANDS and still got a 15 something.
