I would think it would benefit the Americans more. In addition to the track and field events (where there are 47 medal events and the Chinese are thought to be
contenders in only the men's 110m hurdles), the team sports award their medals, and the US has had more success in those sports, such as softball and
basketball. Baseball would be included, but that's really a flip of a coin as to whether or not we medal in that.

due to doping.

I would contend she's more in need of bangs and I guess that could cover up some of her acne as well as her fivehead and solve two birds with one stone.
But really the girl is generally quite good looking and if they are doing makeovers in the Olympic Village I suggest they start with the women's judo 78 kg first.

Wonderful, dramatic night of gymnastics. As soon as Nastia stuck her vault, I knew that she'd have a good night. Her B and UB performances were beautiful,
and she gave one hell of a FE performance. Shawn did great, too.

Well, I fell asleep again, I woke up just now though and the last Judo medal ceremony is on. <3
Anything interesting happen last night besides NASTY WHORE OWNAGE? Freaking NBC going on so late and all the Phelps stories making me sleepy. ETA: Paul Hamm is such a f.ag in that commercial for the Olympics. "THE OLYMPICS ARE AMAZIINNGGGGGGG". He has such a major lisp going on. |

I made it through the whole all-around last night. It's funny how this thread is exactly like how I was feeling while watching it. "OMG we're
getting screwed!!!!!!! Oh, wait a minute, we won two medals!!!!!!".
Maybe it was the announcers being so negative that made it seem we were doing so much worse than we actually were. |
