But it appears Sugar remains on Kota. VG is showing CBS press released pics of Crystal in a Fang buff and Corrine in a Kota buff as evidence they remain. The buffs appear to be cleaned if not new. Given the high number of Onions on NuKota and the high number of old Fang Matty at least strategized with it seems probable that the MVPs chose the entire new tribes. It also looks like they had to chose at least 3 new members from the opposing tribes. They coudn't require 4 since that would put the remaing Fang in jeopardy. Dan was ranked 2nd and would be a high choice probably Marcus' first assuming he had to chose someone from the other tribe. Ace being selected for NuFang goes along with this as a probable #2 for oldKota. ..... I suppose Sugar makes sense over Susie and GC as the next to last NuKota because she'd at least be a probable voting partner. Susie would likely be dead last, and since Kota has 8 she goes there by default.

Why else would she be standing next to Randy who's now wearing a (digitally re-colored) Kota buff? It sucks that Ken and Crystal get separated. I thought their friendship/alliance was really cute.

The footage of Crystal and Randy are in the Fang buffs. The buff-o-matic colorizer was used on Randy later on. It appears from VG they stay together.

I'm guessing that the MVPs of both tribes (Matty and Marcus) are deemed the "captains" of their original tribes, and they make the first switch selections. Dan is probably Marcus's first pick then (and not Crystal as I had originally thought). And perhaps the LVPs (Susie and Kelly) are automatically switched to give them "new life" with a new tribe. Considering who they are, I can definitely see the switched Kotas turning on each other, scrambling for the original Fangs' favor before TC. Makes sense that Ace wins out in the end (again), considering that the tribe needs his strength. There is also a chance that Ace/Jacquie/Kelly, outnumbered by the original Fangs, form a truce purely out of survival instinct and target GC (which may explain why GC sounds so concerned in the previews) - not an unrealistic goal at all, since they only need to turn one original Fang. Most likely, they pitch their deal hardest to Matty, since GC is tight with Crystal and Ken. But ultimately, it doesn't work...the original Fangs decide to stick together and boot the weakest of the three ex-Kotas (Kelly). Those are my theories anyway.

She doesn't have much of any allies, so whatever tribe she is on can easily agree to get rid of her. They can delay having to commit to new alliances or expose old ones.

It looks like the people in 2nd and 3rd and bottom 2 rankings switch tribes. So Dan and Randy (2 and 3rd) and bottom 2, GC and Susie go to NuKota to join Marcus(1), Charlie(4) Jacquie(5)and Corrine(6). NuKota, should maintain their advantage in numbers. The onion alliance stays strong, by shit luck. Ace and Bob (2nd and 3rd) with Sugar and Kelly (bottom 2) go to NuFang to joing number 1 Matty, and Crystal (4) and Ken (5). This way there are 4 from each team moving, which seems fair to me, as it doesn't change the numbers of the tribe. And they are taking the second strongest and weakest judged players. The very strongest gets to stay in their original tribe. So to me I believe that Jacque stays with her onion mates and Ace and Sugar move together (assuming with their HII) to new tribe. I can see why Dan, Susie and GC would be in danger as Randy could click with the devious onion 4. And Matty with his strength should be last of the NuFang to be discharged. Kelly will be used as the sacrificial lamb that will show Matty, Crystal and Ken that Ace and Sugar are now on their side. Bob and Ken will be next in line. edited to add: I have never known SF.net to be wrong and they have Jacque swapping to Fang and Fang now has the advantage in numbers. Maybe Jacque is our Exiled survivor returning to the tribe that loses the next player. Or maybe the winner of the reward challenge gets the choice of the extra player. This is making things interesting... Either way, it seems that Fang will continue on their losing streak (going by SF's list) with Ken, GC, Dan, and Kelly (all on new Fang) leaving. That leaves one potential pre-jury boot left. If Kota loses, I can see them getting rid of Crystal, Randy, and possibly even Bob before Susie (especially if they have a serious number advantage). Susie isn't as strong as Randy and Crystal, and she isn't as big of a likability threat as Bob is. Fang would either eliminate Jacquie or Matty, depending on how Ace and Sugar vote.

So I don't think her having a clean red-appearing buff later proves anything one way or the other.
