Bob did go back on his word. He said he would give Ken the idol at first and Ken changed it to give Ken the idol if Ken himself thought he was in danger not if Bob thought Ken was in danger. Bob didn't give him the idol so he broke his word. How could Bob be so sure Sugar was telling the truth? She could have just been protecting her ally Matty. He took a chance and he was right but he still broke his word. Bob technically still owes Kenny the idol.
Bob should have caused a tie and let the 2 sides fight it out. Vote Sugar if he knew Sugar was going to give the EII to Matty. Susie would have flipped to avoid the tiebreaker. He had power and did nothing with it. He will still be the target next TC. He left his biggest competitor for endurance in the game. Ken looks beatable now so he looks better to take to the F3.
