So I have been having internet problems pretty much on and off for the past month with latency anywhere from 300-800 and huge spikes up to 5000 from time to
time. Spent hours on the phone with them getting the run around and being sent from department to department. Have to go to their local store to pick up a
new modem. Nothing works. I finally get them to come out some time today and now it is working perfectly. How much do you want to bet they tell me they
don't see anything wrong and to call again next time I have a problem?
