He's going to be put in first place every week until the fans get on his side, then they'll drop him down and then he'll miraclously make a comeback in the finale. I didn't care that Kristi/Brooke were first every week because they were far and away the best dancer. Why does Gilles have to be top scorer when he has close competition. I don't get what was so great about that fucking dance. A 30? Are you kidding me? He hardly did a fucking thing. That dance was flater than Sandra Bullock's tits. He's awesome at the up tempo latin dances, but these ballroom/slower dances, he's boring. God if that was a fucking 30, Melissa should have had like a 40. Her's was far more risky/entertaining than that shit. ETA: Looking at the comments, I must be in the twlight zone.

A lot of women may vote for Melissa out of pity. Shawn has her gymnast fan base. So that will probably help them. I do think Kim may suffer the most, since she doesn't have a fan base. I'm mostly voting for Ty, I'm hoping he will at least get to the final five or six, he's been such a great surprise and he gets better each week. I hope Shawn won't be discouraged.

Shawn has a big fanbase so her score won't matter as much. Ty has a much smaller fanbase, so he needed the scores more than she does. I agree with the comments about Kim not having a DWTS-watching fanbase. I think she's going to get through based on her good personality, her dancing, and Derek, and make F5 or F4. That's much better than I thought earlier this season when I wasn't sure if fans would even give her a chance.

Cheryl doesn't seem as experienced with this dance as, say, Edyta clearly was, but technically, they were more than competent in doing all the required elements. The chemistry that they exhibited was also very good, lots of passion there. I had no problem with them getting a 30, though I'd probably would have given a 29. Holly is going home. As is one of the Steves.
