She's arguably a bigger "star" than many of the others that I'd never heard of like Ty and Julianne's partner whose name I still don't know. And Melissa whose fame only came about a few months back when the Bachelor started.

As for Dmitri - I was thinking about this further and wonder if his dis of Holly got her some sympathy votes, enough to balance out the Maks-luv votes Denise might have received. He's replaced Karina on my hated pro list for his remark on Monday night, what seemed to be a staged apology/explanation of it on Tuesday's show, and for some sarcastic eye-rolling I caught him doing last week when another contestant was being interviewed.

On "So You Think You Can Dance", Dmitri was kind of rude to his partner. She was having trouble with the routine and she wanted to practise more. Dmitri was impatient with her- like he didn't want to help her. She ended up getting eliminated by the judges and Dmitri was in the bottom several times. He wasn't popular with the voters.

She was having trouble with the routine and she wanted to practise more. Dmitri was impatient with her- like he didn't want to help her. She ended up getting eliminated by the judges and Dmitri was in the bottom several times. He wasn't popular with the voters. I remember that and I do not think it's a fair assessment (unless you are talking about something else). The footage was when he and Joy were practising the Samba, and they were doing some last minute practise, because Joy still didn't get the routine, and he was snappy with her because she was arguing with the choreography. She thought she was supposed to do one thing, and Dmitry set her straight, and told her not to argue because he was going to do what he was supposed to, and if she didn't, then it would mess up the routine. Obviously it was a moment of frustration on both their parts, and Joy was a crappy partner anyway. That's how I remember it. Could be wrong. But I have to ask, when did he role his eyes during the show? BTW his remark on Monday night clearly came out wrong. I don't care what anyone thinks about these dancers, none of the professionals are dumb enough to intentionally insult their own partners on live TV (at least not in that way), even if their partner is the worst person/dancer to ever be on the show; their jobs with the show could depend on it.

This is his first year, after all, and he is not used to Samantha's asinine questions yet. She clearly caught him off guard. I thought Samantha was more stupid than usual on Monday.

It was like he couldn't WAIT to get rid of DeniseDowner asap. Poor guy he tried so hard to pep her up in the first few episodes but it was like she sucks the joy out of anything like some crazy joympire. I think hearing Karina squeal was the best part! So fucking adorable she is. She does seem fine with working with Woz and I love that. Just started downloading last season and am off to watch the first two eps.

Even Tom commented on it, something to the effect of "way to support your partner there". The week before he was in the background as another contestant was being interviewed - Melissa maybe? - rolling his eyes as she spoke. There's only room for one Bad Boy Of Ballroom on this show and that role belongs to Maks!!
