I know it's not summer anymore, but did anyone watch "Life On Mars" last night? Pretty good show. Seems like it has potential.

I watched it. I liked it. I have a lil bit of the hots for Jason O'Mara.

I didn't watch it, it seemed like it would bug me. Since I hate all that time travel crap and stuff.

Good thing Lost has none of that

Grr...don't remind me. If they started out with that, I never would have kept watching. |

I'm guessing you're not a Heroes fan then Cindi. I've never seen a show so completely screwed up because of time travel.

I like some movies/shows that involve time travel as long as the concept or storyline is not terribly complicated. I never expected it to be a factor in
Lost.. or maybe hoped? "Flashes" almost melted my brain. But I was so far gone, I was willing to accept that I didn't get that shit and move on.
So now I'm watching Heroes, The Mentalist, Fringe, Dirty Sexy Money, Grey's Anatomy, Life on Mars and The Ex-List. That's way too much tv. |

So I'm on to season 5 of Magnum P.I. Check out the name of this rental car company at the Hawaiian airport

I would never rent a car from a company whose sign was made with a magic marker.

Magnum rocks! I've probably seen every ep but never in order. It's been fun to watch from the beginning and see it grow as a show. Plus it's always
fun watching older shows cos you see lots of stars in some of their earliest acting work.

I used to love Magnum, but I think that was partly because it was one of the many many many shows that my parents didn't allow us to watch, so we always
felt like we were getting away with something when we actually saw it.

My older brother loved Magnum. Being the youngest I'd have to watch whatever they were watching so I ended up seeing stuff like this even though I'd
rather have been watching the Smurfs or something. I remember loving Higgins

Your parents wouldn't let you watch Magnum, cindi? How come?
I was kind of in the same boat as CP, my Mom always watched Magnum. I am pretty sure she was hot for Tom Sellick :: shudder :: I watched it with her once in a while, but I didn't really get into it until high school cos my best friend was really into Magnum and we would watch it every day after school |

I never found Tom Selleck the least bit attractive, but I still watched the show. It was actually a pretty good show. Back then.
