Do croutons get stale? |

I have a bag of croutons in the cabinet that's been there for about a year.
There's no date on them. I tasted them and they taste the same as they did last year. Are they okay or are they past their prime?

They contain : wheat flour, whole wheat flour, oat fiber, sugar, salt, yeast, whey, garlic, onion, dehydrated parsley, maltodextrin, nonfat dry milk,
modified food starch, torula yeast, autolyzed yeast extract, spice, paprika, disodium inosinate & disodium guanylate, extractives of paprika, vinegar
powder, niacin, reduced iron, thiamine mononitrate, riboflavin, folic acid.
