Ollie, on the other hand didn't, so if Dan had put him up he would have been backdoored since he didn't have a chance to win the veto to keep himself safe. This isn't unfair at all. She's just a poor sport who thinks she entitled to stay because 'she didn't do anything wrong' and 'she doesn't understand' and 'she is being punished for a deal she didn't even make'. She had a chance to save herself, she lost.
