From her perspective, this is a win win. If her alliance wins HoH, she is free and clear. If Ollie or Pepaw win, she is the last one out of the four they will nominate. She loses nothing by stringing Ollie along and still manages to get Michelle out. I really don't blame her for being wary of Memphis and Dan. It would be silly not to be concerned. The reality is that she doesn't have the ability to move against them this week, even if she wanted to. If she voted for Michelle to stay, then Keesha and Memphis's votes plus Dan's tiebreaker still send Michelle packing and Renny is left completely exposed. Give it another week before you see any of the Four turn on each other. Maybe after the DE on Thursday.
