Back in the day, this was a huge deal. They changed the drinking age to 18 conveniently enough for me, the same year I turned 18. There were so many 18-20 year old douche jockeys that didn't know how to handle their liquor that within 2-3 years the law was repealed and the age limit went back up to 21.
Mark my words if the age is lowered, the same thing will happen.
