A "palindrome" is used to describe a word/phrase that can be read the same way in either direction. For example, the word "racecar" is
spelled normally the same way as it would be spelled backwards.
So a Palinpost is like "9119" or "121", where you can read the numbers from either direction and still see the same number. Does that make sense?

I thought it had to do with Sarah Palin, and that was before I saw her pictures. When I did see her pictures, it confirmed I was right... I was palindroming her name, but I didn't know it came from the actual word. Thanks Cirie! |
