Boring??? They were a great team! Remember the cow detour in Alamaty? MOOOOOOOOOOOOO!!!!!!!! That was so annoying I wanted to throw things at the screen. You can't be boring if you are the most popular team in the whole season. All evidence points to the contrary. People just like them because they're a family team and didn't do anything particularly offensive. But, they were just very boring. Nice people, I guess, but I don't really care to watch nice people if they never say anything of interest. |

I think the freak shows just have less appeal than they used to. I don't know anyone outside of this forum who wasn't sick of Mirna or Jonathan.
I asked someone who doesn't read forums about TAR, and they thought the wife was bossy and nagging (Tina), the frats were stupid, and the brother & sister were smarmy brats. |

I prefer teams like T/D. Nice people who you can root for. I'll take them over teams like Terence/Sarah and Kelly/Christie any day. Nick/Starr are the next
best bets.

I actually agree that Jonathan was disgusting to watch and he never should have been cast. But Mirna was insane in a fun, unpredictable way that was always entertaining. In other words you prefer teams who argue, scream and screw up? Just asking. Yes, I do. The teams I like in the final three are Ken/Tina and Dandrew - both have had a lot of arguments and screw-ups but that's where most of their funniest moments have come from. Just like Ron/Chris last season. It's easier to relate to people when they're actually showing some emotion rather than just smiling for the cameras. Replace Toni/Dallas with Mama Paolo and DJ from TAR8 and then I would have loved them. Can you imagine how amazing it would have been watching DJ tell his mother he'd lost the passports and the money? |
