I didn't pick up on that the first time, but when Ollie is confirming the parts of the deal he says "One, nomination, two, I get to save someone, and three......." The question is, did he mean the first part is Ollie gets to pick one of the noms, or was he saying like "Number one, (is not being) nominated"? If Dan also agreed to let Ollie choose one of the initial noms, then that takes the deal way, way, way past the stupidity of Howie's move in S6. WAY past it. I have to believe he didn't. By the way, has it occurred to the mental midgets Ollie and Michelle that if Dan really is the AP as they continue to delude themselves, then THEY cannot control his actions? Those two couldn't be dumber.

When Dan and Ollie were still on the swings, Dan specifically said to Ollie that the only reason he, Dan, wanted to win HofH was so he could get his pictures of his girlfriend. So it's understandable why Dan made the deal. He's young and in love, and that feeling is worth way more than $500,000.

That's why Ollie knows that Keesha was Dan's one person to protect. That's why Memphis was so pissed off last night. That's why Dan was talking about needing to work Renny to get her vote. He fucking agreed to put Memphis up. I'm a Keesha fan, but even I have to admit Dan needed to use her as a pawn if it was a choice between Memphis and Keesha. Renny will jump at the chance to vote Memphis out.

Or am I too sleepy to understand that YouTube? that's how it sounded to me, too. i'm just not sure that's really what the deal was. i know one thing---renny will NEVER vote to keep memphis. i don't care what keesha says to her, she won't. renny was seething last night that he was even in the room. she despises him. i vote for dan just saying 'fuck you' and what he WANTS to do. is it remotely possible he doesn't care if memphis leaves? i don't think so, but is it?

I think he made the deal because it was the best he could get. It was that or else taking his chances with Ollie on the block. I assume he figured anything was better than that. I'd genuinely surprised if he was so blinded by his need for a picture of his girlfriend that he gave in to any deal regardless of what he said. Most of the time the houseguests claim they just want pictures from home and a letter but I rarely ever believe that's the reason they go through that pain for hours. ETA or is deadtwista right and you were being sarcastic - if thats the case nevermind. :)

Dan said he intended to be a Judas this week, which means he doesn't feel honor bound by the deal, or at least all parts of the deal. If he warned Memphis he'll have to help him with "her", then we have two options. He knows Memphis has an in with Michelle. Maybe he intends to put Michelle on "as a pawn", and wants Memphis to make clear to her that she isn't the target and not to worry. OR Dan wants Memphis to help him with "her", Keesha, because he plans to put up Renny as a pawn, and Keesha will be pissed. Either way, I think Jerry is the target. The Judas thing got under his skin, and he hasn't forgiven Jerry for all his hypocritical smack downs.

Dan also walked up around that time. ollie explains it in detail to michelle... exactly what part 1 is and what part2 is and what part 3 is He told michelle that he wasnt supposed to tell her part 3 and she needed to act like she didnt know part 3 yet because he had just told dan in the SR that he had only told michelle about parts 1 & 2 then Dan and ollie sat down at the table and it isnt as easy to hear ollie saying each part as he holds up his fingers but we had just seen and heard him go all through it in detail with michelle so it was easy to understand because we already knew each part of the deal and dan wasnt disagreeing with any of it other than to say to ollie that he also wanted safety for one person, then ollie replied that Dan hadnt said that before. (but it didnt look like ollie was going to make an issue out of that because if you listen carefully you hear dan say that it's someone that ollie wont have a problem with or something, can't remember his exact words)

At the veto ceremony, Memphis vetoes Renny and since Keesha is the protected ally, then Dan has no choice but to put up Manchelle. Convince Memphis to cut her loose at this point by giving her a vote and have Keesha convince Renny to vote out Manchelle because she is the stronger person on the block. Even if Renny voted to keep Manchelle, Memphis would be a swing vote. Dan breaks the tie and evicts Manchelle. Imagine the fireworks....you thought her HOH freakout was bad, just imagine if it goes down like this!! This is her week to go!
