It was an entertaining show but with a lot of ads. Funny how the two of them never figured out that they're better together than apart, and stupid
personal grudges took priority.

I've listened to the 2 of them since I moved to NJ when I was 11 back in 1992, but if one of them had to go, glad it was MadDog. Mike may be an arrogant
ass, but at least he is somewhat knowledgeable, unlike Dog who talked out of his ass the whole time. I can listen to Mike do a show by himself, so its the
right choice on their part.
I must say I've not listened to them much in the past few years though, ever since Carlin started doing the Rutgers football games and they took every opportunity to bash Rutgers for no apparent reason I've not been able to stomach them. |

The thing I hate most about them (and pretty much most of the FAN) is their total ignorance and dismissal of hockey. Considering what a big hockey town NY is,
it's really inexcusable.

I missed his interview with Gordon, but thats an instance they are forced into talking about hockey, they only do hockey spots in 3 scenarios (coach or gm
hired/fired, season preview spot, playoff spot) other than that you wont hear it from 1-6. Beningo talks about hockey a ton, but he is a moron and I cant stand
listening to his whiny rants.
I think the first 10 mins of the show today Mike will talk about the situation and then will try to ignore it. |
