My comment was a blanket stereotypical comment, but the intent was not to insult. It was a dumb comment which I have admitted too, and apologized for. But again it was a comment made not so much off of what I believe, but what I have been reading in the last few days about racist things taking place in Spain towards athletes. I made a dumb joke lumping Michelle and Portuguese people into a hot topic that have nothing to do with either her or them.

Again, I don't believe or know what Spanish people are like or feel about black people. But if someone did read things out there and decided to have the opinion that Spanish people were racist people, that doesn't make that person racist himself. It just means he read something and formed an opinion of it. And obviously in this case he would be wrong.

I know that this subject is pretty much over and all and please don't feel the need to respond. But how old do you have to be to form opinions on a whole race by reading a few articles about racist people.

I am guessing you are white but imagine if they posted a bunch of stories in the news about some white people being racist and stuff. Than a black person decides that all white people are racist. That is basically what you are saying in your last paragraph.

Again, please don't feel the need to respond. Just throwing my two cents in.
