After internet issues for the last few weeks it finally went out yesterday. So after talking to the customer service morons (and going to the Comcast store to replace my modem) I was told they'd need to send a tech over. First available opening, next Tuesday. I expressed this was unacceptable but they didn't seem to care one bit. I ask for the contact number for the local tech personnel and was told that no one is allowed to contact them directly. Fuckers. ATT Uverse can't make it to my house, what are my other options?

But HD On Demand movies ALWAYS freeze up, if it even works at all, the fucking screen guide thing says 'To Be announced' on half the channels constantly, and it never toasts my bagel right.

Well I'm ready to go back even if she isn't. She got her new kitchen and bathrooms, I get this.
