Weighlifters are just compensating for other body parts This is something that made me LOL my entire life. I must've heard over at least a thousand scrawny guys accusing muscular guys of having a small package. Is it possible, just possible that scrawny guys are lazy and jealous fucks trying to knock bigger guys down to their level? Just like fat and/or ugly chicks accusing hot chicks of having fake hair and fake boobs. Some people in this world choose to work hard on themselves to look appealing, others don't. There's nothing right or wrong about neither. But if you are one of those people from the latter group, stop bashing the former group to make yourself feel better.

Squats are like, the best exercise you can do. Like, if you had to pick one exercise to do for the rest of your life it should be squats.
Or so I've heard. Is this true? |

I squat all the time feels fantastic afterward fo sho!!!
Btw lifting weight is stupid imo I went on a mission to gain MASSIVE muscles and besides living in the gym seven days a week I discovered god wants me to be a small skinny white guy or to take the easy way out and seduce someone who has steroids so I have embraced my skinniness and too muscular is gross and most people try to gain muscle for superficial reasons which is even worse ok done. |

Weight training is one of the best things you can do for yourself. It's one part of a healthy lifestyle that also includes cardiovascular exercise,
stretching and a healthy diet. There's no such thing as 'toning' your muscles; if you're not lifting until momentary muscular failure,
you're wasting your time. For fitness, stick to compound movements using free weights (squat, shoulder press, dips, pull ups) 2-3 times a week and make
sure you're adding weights or reps each week. Yoga and pilates are fine for what they are, but they won't replace weight training. Supplements are a
waste of money at best and can have dangerous side-effects at worst, so don't use them. And all the lifting in the world won't do you any good if you
have a crappy diet. Eat plenty of fruits & vegetables, lean meat and healthy starches (like brown rice and sweet potatoes).
