I do cardio every day (I bike about an hour and a half, round-trip to my yeshiva). But i am wondering if it is actually good for you to lift weights. Since I'm a health nut, it would give me a good reason to start doing it again. People have told me that it is good for your bones, but I haven't seen any studies. I used to love lifting weights, but i hate how you can lift for like a year and then if you stop for 3 weeks because you go on vacation somewhere where there's no gym, you have to start all over again from scratch. Is it worth lifting weights or a waste of time?
