but it's a dry heat!
Actually it isn't, pretty humid. Heat index around 112-115°. And screw you TB, Houston could use a good bath. I was down there a few months ago, everything is dirty.

I'm not worried about the rain, I just don't want the power (a/c) to go out. |

Good, maybe we'll get rain up in Dallas. We're supposed to hit 107° today.Right, Greggo. I'm tired of 25 straight days of triple digit numbers. |

Truth be told, we care less about people in Dallas than we do people in Canookistans.

What about about people near Dallas, like Fort Worthians?

That's true - I'd feel bad about it too, if Greggo wasn't hoping we'd get socked with a hurricane just because it's a little warm up there.
eta: Fort Worthians are totally different than Dallas-peeps - I love Fort Worth, plus my sister lives there, so I feel bad for her that it's hot. Of course, I doubt that she goes outside of her apartment for longer than it takes to get to her air conditioned car and drive to some other air conditioned place. |

Oh I love Fort Worth. I just hope the nuclear radiation doesn't hurt them.

I'm more Fort Worth than Dallas. I'm in the Fort Worth suburbs. On the good side of the Trinity.

I'm a middle person.
Technically I would be considered Dallas County, but I grew up in Arlington so I've always thought of myself as a "near" Fort Worthian. Please don't stick me with the Dallas people. |

OK, quick test, fill in the blank.
I _______ the Dallas Cowboys. |

Well you're cool then, not like that riceme whore. I don't know if I'd go that far - he does want us to get smacked with a hurricane just so it will cool off at his house. |

batten down hatches = clean your offices, they're coming around to bag the computers, blinds down in all the windows, and get out of Dodge City and hunker
down at home
