I'm still waiting for the director's cut version of TARA2 - where "the team that shall not be named"
is omitted entirely out of existence.
Bring on TARA3. |

Zealand. I'm kinda tired of it. |

they spent 2 legs in each country, that's a little too much. They need to stretch it out and travel to different cities and countries.

Looking at TARA2 objectively, it was a vast improvement over the first season in terms of locations (racers going outside Asia), tasks (no random tasks),
logistics (not a lot of bunching and airport equalizers) and Allen Wu's hosting abilities.
That one certain obnoxious team dominating and the unchanged placings of teams each leg was what marred the whole season. I look forward to TARA3. It'll be interesting to see the first few legs since they've practically used most of the Asian countries already. |

Even less bunching up at the airport would be welcome this season. Everyone ending up on the same flight most of the time killed the suspense.

This is purely fictional but I think this would be a good TAR Asia 3 route to cover the other continents yet to be covered by TAR-ASIA but still being rather
Asian-centric.
Leg 1 - Singapore to Beijing, China Leg 2 - Beijing, China to Yunnan, China Leg 3 - Yunnan, China to Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam Leg 4 - Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam to Banda Seri Begawan, Brunei Leg 5 - Banda Seri Begawan, Brunei to Queensland, Australia Leg 6 - Queensland, Australia to Buenos Aires, Argentina Leg 7 - Bueneos Aires, Argentina to Caracas, Venezuela Leg 8 - Caracas, Venezuela to Miami, USA Leg 9 - Miami, USA to Texas, USA Leg 10 - Texas, USA to Hong Kong Leg 11 - Hong Kong to Dhaka, Bangladesh Leg 12 - Dhaka, Bangladesh to Kota Kinabalu, Malaysia |

TARA2 had a great start but unfortunately only until the epsiode where Brett/Kinar got eliminated. The episodes after that was simply horrendous.
TARA1 had a very awful start and then awesome by the second episode. |

oh ehm gee |

roadblocker wrote: Not always a good thing; see: Sophie/Aurelia, Paula/Natasha, and Terri/Henri elimination legs (and for T/H, the non-elimination legs). Additionally, it has
the single worst piece of bunching ever (waiting for the bullet train right before the pit stop, thereby making all of
the tasks in Japan meaningless - helped even more by the TBC and bunching for the ferry).

From Singapore's 8 Days Magazine issue 929 (just out today), two teams have been revealed.
From Thailand: Pailin & Natalie [yes that Natalie we've been talking about] Beauty Queens? they didn't reveal the relationship but i guess this is it. Pailin Rungratanasunthorn was the first runner-up when competing for Miss Thailand Universe 2006. From Singapore: AD & Fuz [AD Chan & Faeza "Fuz" Sirajudin] Friends? again no relationship was specified. Seriously, I'm shocked they got in given the favour of mactors in TARA casting. "We don't match the idea of the kind of people who join TARA." More likely that they don't match the idea of the kind of people the producers will select to take part in TARA, unless AD (who said that) was trying not to be specific. Fuz reminds me of Mardy & Marsio at first look. |

I told you... this race is going to be mactor-less compared to TARA2. Trust me. Hahahaha |

Methyl, where did you get the teams? Where will the teams will reveal on AXN Asia website?
Reality Fan Forum confirmed the team names will be Geoff and Tisha from the Philippines. http://survivorsucks.yuku.com/sreply/3028559/t/TAR-Asia-3-casting-news-Spoiler-.html

A disgruntled Thai fan over on the AXN Board revealed Natalie Glebova is going to represent Thailand AT. Methylc's sources just confirmed that.

this season will only have 11 legs and not 13. Looks like they're following the recent american trend of 11 legs.

I guess I'll root for Natalie being a Canadian and all.
For those not in the know, she won Miss Universe in 2005 that was held in Bangkok, Thailand. How that makes her Thai, I have no idea. Unless she became a Thai resident. She's Russian, I believe. |

Well if she happens to be anything like Aurelia I'll <3 her.

Aurelia <3 <3 <3
They were so incompetent but the way they handled each other and the short time they bumbled thru the race was laffotastic. |
