because my Zoo is we todd it, we don't let seeing eye dogs in unless there is a volunteer to take the blind person and their dog around the Zoo. Of course
today, there was no volunteer available so the poor blind person had to leave their dog with us. ALL DAY.
guess who was in charge of him???

Sometimes strange things bring us joy into our lives! I think I see a smile on that dog's face. :c D Oddly enough, I was TORMENTED by a neighbor's VICIOUS German Sheperd as a child. To this day, that breed of dog frightens me. But that's okay. :c D |

And um what do blind people do at the zoo anyway? Blind people at a zoo? Do blind people go to the aquarium too? I am not sure who is more fucked up the zoo people are the blind people... |

ok here's the Zoo policy on guide dogs: additional Services For the protection of your pet, the Zoo's animals and other guests the Toronto Zoo does not permit pets of any kind on Zoo property. If the Zoo's policy conflicts with the special needs of one of our guests, where the use of an assistance/utility dog is required we will make every effort to ensure our guest enjoys the best possible experience while at the Zoo. As a result, we are pleased to provide guests who require the use of an assistance/utility dog with the following accommodations to help ensure a safe and enjoyable visit: * Zoo staff will care for the dog in a safe, air-conditioned office. This often includes walking, feeding or watering the dog. * We will provide a tour guide for the duration of the visit. Our volunteer guides have a wealth of knowledge about the Zoo and guests are treated to a more "in-depth" visit that they would have otherwise been able to enjoy. |

I'd really like to go into the bar and get a beer, but the sign on the front door says, 'No Pets Allowed,' and I can't leave Fido alone on the street." The other man replies, "No problem, just stand by the door and watch me, and you'll be having that beer real soon!" The man says, "But I'm blind, and this is my seeing-eye dog!" The bartender says, "Oh, OK then." The man drinks his beer and leaves. The first man then puts on dark sunglasses and goes into the bar. The bartender looks up and says, "Hey buddy, you can't bring that dog in here!" The man says, "But I'm blind, and this is my seeing-eye dog!" The bartender says, "Oh really? I've never heard of a Chihuahua seeing-eye dog!!" The man, thinking quickly, blurts out, "Oh, man! You mean they gave me a Chihuahua?!?" |

Now that I have gained my serenity again....I have to say that German Sheperds are the DEVIL'S DOGS!
Next to pitbulls, they are most evil dogs of all. Bothof that species should be elimnated completely from the earth.....and Doberman Pincers too. Our planet will only have FULL serneity once those three species of dogs are eliminated. :c | |

I have to disagree with you on the pitbull. I had a pit that was the sweetest dog i have ever owned! I could pull into the driveway and she'd come sit by
the car door and if I didn't get out right away she'd stick her head in the doorway, grab my arm gently in her mouth and pull me out of the car to the
porch so I would sit down and pet her.
She never even attempted to snap at or bite anyone. I miss her
