If you liked Survivor: Ultimate Edition and Survivor: The Other Game, you'll love...Koh-Lanta!
It's a weird hybrid of the two other games...but in French.� Which you don't really need to read since it's pretty obvious what it means.� Change the logo, music and host and it's US Survivor to a tee.
Like the first Survivor game, you run around a beach but this time you actually get stuff to do.� There's a bunch of simple minigames that will get very repetitive by Day 40 (!): catching prawns, spear-fishing, cutting bamboo and finding shells.� There's other food just laying around the island.
My French isn't great, but every so often you'll get characters going up to you - for the first 10 days, there was normally an option to Agree or Disagree, which I quite liked, but then it seemed to stop.� Generally the only way to avoid being voted out is for everyone to love you (displayed by a heart above their head).
The immunity challenges are (almost) all stylus based: archery, blowpipes, running, rowing, balancing etc.� Unlike the other games, the level of difficulty changes based on your tribe's morale or your own personal health meter.
It even has a multiplayer mode!� Am I the only one to have conquered this epic game?�
