Matt Cassell could probably lead the Pats to a victory against the Chiefs.
That's right. I went there. |

I'm going to insanely try to 'save' a half-dozen teams for late in the season, just in case I get on a massive good-luck streak with my suicide
picks. Hell, I'll probably make it a moot point by picking a loser in the first few weeks...
Suicide pick, Week 1: Denver. Sea, I was wondering about hurricane cancellations of the college games, and realized that the same could potentially occur for your game. It might be worth your while to state what your game's policy would be should a cancellation occur. |

If the Jets lose, this is going to one quick pool!

Matt Cassel blows, he would not beat the Chiefs. I hope that if Greaty doesn't play, they play O'Connell instead of Cassel.

Does McFlabb still believe the Eagles are the team to beat?

The Bostonian Godfather wrote: Ack!!! Week one and I've already screwed up. Sorry, the PM was from The heartbreak Yid, and in my in box it just shows "the..." and so I wrongly assume it was you. I fixed it above. You still need to send your pic. Atypical, my hurricane policy will depend on my mood at the time it happens. (Isn't that just like a woman?) I don't want to make this game so fair that UC doesn't have something to complain about. |

BTW it is absolutely impossible to create a good team (2 QB 2 RB 2 WR 1 D) using only 35mil.

So Sheldon Brown raped Drew Rosenhaus Philly's CB Brown unloads on agent Drew Rosenhaus
Getty Images You know, Lito Sheppard has a driveway in Moorestown, too. Who knows if that's where all this is headed, but it is clear this is not the direction Philadelphia Eagles coach Andy Reid had in mind as his team installed the game plan yesterday for Sunday's season opener against the St. Louis Rams. "We are in a one-game-at-a-time mode right now, and one play at a time," Reid said before the start of practice. Apparently, the Eagles are also back in the one-controversy-at-a-time mode and, as you might expect, Drew Rosenhaus has a starring role. Sheldon Brown sees Lito Sheppard's new agent as a villain, and the Eagles' starting right cornerback unleashed a verbal assault on the high-profile agent before practice. "I think sometimes agents can ruin players' careers," Brown said. "And what I mean by that is we have an agent who has four players who are disappointed with the way their deal is, and we're going into Week 1, and nobody has accomplished anything with those players." It gets better. "If you know the guy's track record and what he brings to the table, it's more of a disappointing thing for me that [Rosenhaus] enticed [Sheppard] to sign with him thinking he could get a deal done," Brown said. "Agents don't get a deal done. The player gets the deal done. Yeah, he put [Sheppard] in a tough spot, but at the end of the day, that's something he has to deal with." Brown's attack came after he watched Rosenhaus' most recent weekly rant on YouTube.com. Rosenhaus used that forum to lament Sheppard's situation, detailing all the Eagles' cornerback has had to "endure" this off-season. He mentioned the signing of Asante Samuel to a $57 million deal that "dwarfs" Sheppard's contract, then added how unfair it was that his client had to play the role of third cornerback behind Brown. It was that last part that irritated Brown. "Obviously, I have enough sense to know that Drew hasn't been with Sheldon Brown for seven years, and I think he has been with Lito for two months, so he hasn't followed my career and he has no film," Brown said. "He probably couldn't even tell you what number I am, so it's completely irrelevant." |
