There were a number of possibilities to choose from this week. I narrowed it down to two: Baltimore, and the Jets. For multiple reasons (I've got to stop
giving away my secret strategies!
 ), this looks like the very
best week of the year to choose the team that I've selected.

LDog, I've been saving for the future the whole season long!
It hasn't yet bitten me in the ass, fortunately. I've just got to force myself to remember... one doesn't HAVE to pick from amongst the
worst 11 teams. That weeds-out a good chunk right there.
Thinking WAY ahead... if anybody, anywhere, were to go perfect into the playoffs... they've got to have at least three of the final 4 in the Divisional Championships... one to get to the Conf. Champs., one to get to the SB (but lose there), and one to win it all. The odds against guessing the just-right combination of teams who'll actually be the ones to do that have got to be pretty poor, indeed. The pisser would be learning in hindsight that you selected the eventual Super Bowl champion in something like Week 3. (Tennessee Tight'uns be damned!!)
Yeah, I know I'm just dreamin', 'cause anyone actually doing that... they should win a million dollar prize if they could pull that off!
