He did drop blood into her mouth, which in some of the Buffyverse type situations is how a vamp turns a human. What was the procedure when Bill turned Jessica? I doubt this is what's going on -- too big of a plot gamechanger to just dump it on us. Bill prolly just wanted a sammich. But it was odd that Sookie didn't bitch about it.

Overall I guess I'm just not a Sookie/Bill fan, they're the least entertaining part of the show for me and I think it's because I don't like the actors. I don't really understand what's so fascinating about Sookie to him but I guess it's her ability to read minds that makes her special to him. Otherwise, she's kinda annoying. But it's not Anna Paquin's fault. She's amazing.
